With many years of experience in architectural design and engineering, Chad leads the company with a vision for innovative, functional spaces. Outside of work, he enjoys daily walks with his dog, watching NASCAR with his sons on Sundays, and hosting family dinners to bring everyone together.
CFO and Scientist
He is the CFO and scientist of the group; he has an extensive understanding of biology and less of an understanding in finance. He has a passion for cars and works on them when he has the time. He has an amazing sense of humor and is quick to fire off a joke or two.
Team Member
The youngest one of our group, but the hardest working in the field. He doesn’t stop until there is no more work to complete. Outside of work, he loves motorcycles, working out at the gym, and combing his hair in the mirror. There is no task that is too small for Harley to conquer.

He is the glue that keeps everyone on task and makes sure that the job gets done. When he isn’t working, he spends his time with his wife and two boys or playing basketball. He is also a full-time student working toward becoming an Architect.

She keeps our creative and marketing projects on track, and yes, she probably has a checklist for that. Born and raised in Colombia, she speaks Spanish fluently and loves exploring the mountains and the outdoors. Known for pursuing her goals with the same care she gives to discovering new tea flavors, Monica also enjoys finding calm moments with a cup of tea to recharge her creativity.

He brings years of hands-on experience in carpentry, handyman work, and heavy equipment operations. With a CDL background in agricultural driving and extensive knowledge of tools and machinery, he is skilled in tackling a wide range of projects with precision and reliability. Known for his strong work ethic and excellent customer service, Floyd takes pride in building lasting connections while delivering quality results for every job.
